Lending Program
Become a registered borrower anytime the library is open and become eligible to borrow up to two items from our lending collection.
Requirements and procedures for registered borrowers:
Complete and sign a Borrower Registration Form and show a valid photo identification card.
Agree to comply with all library rules and regulations and to be accountable for any loss or damage to materials, assuming full responsibility for items borrowed under her or his name and committing to return them on time.
Up to two items may be borrowed for two weeks and checked out anytime during regular library hours.
Items must be returned to the library by closing time on the due date. If a holiday occurs, items must be returned by closing time on the following day.
An item will be considered overdue if it is not returned by 4:30 p.m. on the day it is due. Foundation Center staff will notify borrowers by phone or e-mail when items are overdue.
If an item is lost or damaged, the library will submit a bill to the borrower for full replacement cost, plus a $5 replacement fee. Until all fees are paid, borrowers will have their borrowing privileges denied.
