Information Collected
The question submission form requires users to give us contact information (e.g. name and e-mail address). We use contact information from the form to send the user the requested information, or, if using the Ask Us Live service, a transcript of the chat. The user's contact information is also infrequently used to contact the user when necessary for further clarification. Users may submit as much or as little information as they wish. However, the Ask Us service does require a valid e-mail address in order to respond to informational queries.
Responses to these queries may contain links to other sites. The Foundation Center is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web sites.
Sharing of Information
The Foundation Center does not give out, vend, sell, exchange, barter, peddle, auction, trade, rent or market e-mail addresses or personal information to third parties.
