Ins and Outs of Washington Grantmakers' Common Grant Formats

Washington, DC

Free
90 minutes

The Washington Grantmakers' Common Grant formats - Letter of Inquiry, Proposal and Report - are accepted or required by many local and regional funders. This presentation, on the ins and outs of Washington Grantmakers' Common Grant Formats, will be led by Alex Carter, nonprofit executive coach and Executive Director of the Chasdrew Fund. Alex chaired the Washington Grantmakers committee that developed the current version of the formats. She'll offer samples of successful proposal writing, share insights into what grantmakers are looking for in a solid inquiry or proposal, and offer tips to make your proposal more competitive.
